Webb's vice president and partner, has produced and
managed high-impact creative solutions for over 15 years in publishing, marketing
and international markets. Mr. De Santis' experience incorporates creative direction
of new media content, marketing, creative direction of corporate and international
government campaigns, art direction, all aspects of custom and editorial publishing
and promotional design. Mr. De Santis serves on the board of directors of the
Italy-America Chamber of Commerce as well as the Italian Heritage & Culture Committee
of New York.

Urte is a skilled developer who plays a key role

Based in Italy's "High Technology" Graphic
Center located in Verona, Webb Communications, representative Ernest Reyla has
more than 18 years of printing experience in the international and American markets.
Ernest is the project manager and Webb's European representative liaison for projects
sourced in Italy and Europe. Fluent in Italian and English, Ernest has extensive
experience in Italy, UK, France, The Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland
and Finland.

Alex Shiffer
Lead Programmer
As Technical Director and Lead Programmer, Alex is responsible for all
systems, including Web servers (Unix & Windows) and leads all programming
efforts, such as the development of custom solutions, integration of E-commerce
systems, and on-line database implementation. Alex is a skilled systems troubleshooter
and programmer who is fluent in many languages and computer platforms.
